Welcome to the website of NA Metal Industries Ltd. (the "Company"). Use of the Site, including purchasing products and sending inquiries, is subject to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. By using the Site you agree to them.

1. General

• The Site presents the Company's services (laser cutting, sheet metal bending, fabrication, steelwork and more) and allows purchasing products or requesting a quote.
• Images are for illustration only. Minor differences in color, finish and dimensions may occur, especially for handmade and custom-cut items.
• The Company may update these terms, prices and products at any time. The binding version is the one published at the time of the action.

2. Quotes and custom work

• A quote request via the Site is non-binding. A quote is valid only once issued in writing by the Company and for the period stated in it.
• Custom work is produced according to drawings, dimensions and specifications approved by the customer, who is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.

3. Purchasing

• Purchases may be made by adults (18+) with a valid means of payment, or by registered companies.
• Prices are in Israeli Shekels (ILS) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees, if any, are shown before the order is completed.
• An order is confirmed only after Company approval and receipt of payment. In case of an obvious pricing error or lack of stock, the Company may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Delivery and pickup

Orders may be picked up from our plant in Koren Industrial Park, Ma'alot-Tarshiha, by prior arrangement, or delivered according to the options shown at checkout. Delivery times are provided on confirmation and exclude weekends, holidays and delays beyond the Company's control.

5. Cancellations and returns

• Cancellations are handled according to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981: you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the product or the transaction details – whichever is later – by written notice, phone or email.
• For cancellations not due to a defect, a fee of 5% of the price or ILS 100 – whichever is lower – applies. Items must be returned unused, undamaged and in original packaging, at the customer's expense.
• Products made specifically for the customer to their dimensions, design or specifications (including custom laser cutting) cannot be cancelled, as permitted by law.
• Refunds are issued within 14 days of the cancellation notice, to the original means of payment.

6. Warranty

Defective items or items not matching the order will be replaced or repaired, subject to inspection and to notice within a reasonable time. The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, installation not performed by the Company, exposure to unusual conditions or normal wear.

7. Limitation of liability

Information on the Site is general and does not constitute engineering advice. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, and its liability shall in any case not exceed the amount actually paid for the product or service. The Site may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance.

8. Intellectual property

All rights in the Site's content – texts, images, designs, drawings and trademarks – belong to the Company or their respective owners and may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without written permission. A customer who supplies a design for production declares that they own the rights to it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Northern District shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
