NA Metal Industries Ltd. ("the Company", "we") respects the privacy of visitors to naltd.co.il (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and what your rights are, in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations.

1. Information we collect

• Information you provide – name, phone, email, company, the content of your inquiry, products added to a quote request, and shipping/payment details when placing an order.
• Technical information – IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referral source, collected via cookies and analytics tools.

You are not legally required to provide information, but without contact details we cannot reply to your inquiry or process your order.

2. How we use it

• Responding to inquiries and quote requests, and providing service.
• Processing orders, deliveries, invoices and payments.
• Improving and securing the Site and our services.
• Sending updates and marketing – only with your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• Complying with the law.

3. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies required for it to function (e.g. keeping your cart) and may use third-party analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may then not work.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate – hosting and cloud, shipping, payment processing and email services – to the extent necessary, or when required by law. Some providers may store data outside Israel, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We use reasonable, industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access restrictions. Card details, if collected, are processed by a secure payment provider and are not stored by us. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above, to manage our business relationship and to meet legal obligations (e.g. accounting records).

7. Your rights
